How do we start and how often are sessions?
We would normally have an introductory session for you to meet me and to decide if this feels like the right approach for you and if you feel comfortable with me.
You are under no commitment to start therapy, you can use this session to talk about what it is that is difficult for you and for you to ask me any questions that may be helpful for you to make a decision. This session is charged at the normal agreed rate.
If you do decide to start therapy, sessions are weekly and for 50 minutes and generally at the same time each week.
